LEAD
Description
LEAD is a four-year Dutch government-funded project implemented by TAMSS in collaboration with the organisation SPARK Tunisia. It aims to combat irregular economic immigration and radicalization by improving the socioeconomic situation of women and young people in the governorates of Kairouan and Kef by creating long-term job opportunities.
Objectives
- Create long-term youth employment in high-growth industries through training, coaching, and access to SME financing.
- Encourage young people to be entrepreneurs by incorporating entrepreneurship education into secondary and higher education.

Perspective
Elfabrica.tn is an online marketplace and gallery showcasing Tunisian expertise, products, and services from the north-west region in particular, as well as Tunisia in general. Within the framework of the LEAD program, there are entrepreneurship support structures such as: Enda Tamweel, Le Kef Business Centre, API KEF, La Poste, APIA, the RAIDA program, etc..
