Supporting Job Creation for Young Tunisians from Marginalised Communities
Description
Through a youth unemployment program, this project addresses youth unemployment and promotes local development.
EFE will collaborate on four goals with its Tunisian affiliate, EFE-Tunisie, along with Tunisian American Youth Professionals (TAYP) and the Tunisian Association for Management and Social Stability (TAMSS). TAMSS will focus on building the capacity of entrepreneurs in Tataouine, Tozeur, Gabes, and Greater Tunis to achieve goal 2. TAMSS will cooperate with Business Development Organizations (BDOs) in the three southern regions to achieve goal 3.
Goals:
Increased youth entrepreneurship and self-employment.
Local entrepreneurs can benefit from additional or improved services provided by business development or support organisations.
